Panettone is a typical Italian sweet in the shape of a dome, originating from Milan. It is made like a brioche using a sourdough starter and is filled with chocolate, candied fruits, or raisins. At La Granja Foods, we offer two types of Panettone, chocolate or orange and raisin. Both stand out for their fluffiness, flavor, and quality.
