Baked feta cheese with olives

INGREDIENTES
Organic Spelt Breadsticks from La Granja
200 g feta cheese
½ cup Arbequina olives
½ cup Gordal olives
½ cup black olives from Aragón
½ cup Kalamata olives
2 lemons
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh rosemary
ELABORACIÓN
- Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking tray. Drizzle the ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil around the cheese.
- Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add it to the tray, making sure not to pour it directly over the cheese.
- Add all the different types of olives around the cheese.
- Cut the remaining lemon into quarters and add it to the tray, along with the fresh rosemary.
- Place the tray in the oven, preheated to 200°C, and bake for 20 minutes.
- Now you can enjoy the melted feta with olives, paired with La Granja’s Organic Spelt Breadsticks.
