Vegan Avocado and Lime Tart

INGREDIENTS
- Vegan Carrot, Yuzu & Cereal Cookies from La Granja
- 125 g margarine
- 4 gelatin sheets, soaked
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 4 avocados
- Agave syrup
- Coconut oil
- Lime zest
- Orange zest
ELABORATION
- Crush the cookies until they have a sandy texture. and mix with melted margarine.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- Soak the gelatin sheets in the lime juice, then heat in the microwave until fully dissolved.
- In a bowl, add the avocados, agave syrup, coconut oil, dissolved gelatin, and both lime and orange zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate until set. Now enjoy this delicious vegan tart made with La Granja Foods cookies!
