Vegan Avocado and Lime Tart

INGREDIENTS

  • Vegan Carrot, Yuzu & Cereal Cookies from La Granja
  • 125 g margarine
  • 4 gelatin sheets, soaked
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 4 avocados
  • Agave syrup
  • Coconut oil
  • Lime zest
  • Orange zest

ELABORATION

  1. Crush the cookies until they have a sandy texture. and mix with melted margarine.
  2. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  3. Soak the gelatin sheets in the lime juice, then heat in the microwave until fully dissolved.
  4. In a bowl, add the avocados, agave syrup, coconut oil, dissolved gelatin, and both lime and orange zest. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cookie base and refrigerate until set. Now enjoy this delicious vegan tart made with La Granja Foods cookies!
