Baked feta cheese with olives

INGREDIENTES

  • Organic Spelt Breadsticks from La Granja

  • 200 g feta cheese

  • ½ cup Arbequina olives

  • ½ cup Gordal olives

  • ½ cup black olives from Aragón

  • ½ cup Kalamata olives

  • 2 lemons

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Fresh rosemary

ELABORACIÓN

  1. Place the feta cheese in the center of a baking tray. Drizzle the ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil around the cheese.
  2. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add it to the tray, making sure not to pour it directly over the cheese.
  3. Add all the different types of olives around the cheese.
  4. Cut the remaining lemon into quarters and add it to the tray, along with the fresh rosemary.
  5. Place the tray in the oven, preheated to 200°C, and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Now you can enjoy the melted feta with olives, paired with La Granja’s Organic Spelt Breadsticks.
