Cucumber Carpaccio

INGREDIENTS
- Organic Spelt Breadsticks from La Granja
- 1 cucumber
- Smoked salmon
- 100 g Burrata cheese
- Fresh dill
- Pistachios
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
- Salt
ELABORATION
Slice the cucumber into very thin sheets using a mandoline (or a knife).
Arrange the slices on a plate in a circular pattern. Add the smoked salmon and Burrata on top.
Chop the fresh dill and pistachios, and sprinkle them over the dish.
Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add salt to taste.
Crush the Organic Spelt Breadsticks from La Granja in a mortar and sprinkle them over the carpaccio just before serving to keep their crunchy texture.
