Frozen Yogurt Bar with Organic Oat & Flaxseed Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- Organic Oat & Flaxseed Cookies from La Granja
- 2 fat-free plain yogurts
- Agave syrup or sweetener to taste
- Red berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries)
- 1 lemon
- Ground cinnamon
- Baking paper to line the tray
ELABORATION
- In a bowl, combine the plain yogurts and agave syrup or sweetener. For example, add 2 tablespoons of agave syrup. Stir well until smooth.
- In another bowl, add the red fruits, the juice of one lemon, and half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mash the fruits with a fork to create a chunky purée.
- Line a tray or flat freezer-safe container with baking paper. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture, then spoon the red fruit purée on top.
- The special touch for this frozen bar: crumble the Organic Oat & Flaxseed Cookies from La Granja evenly over the yogurt and fruit layer. Place the tray in the freezer for a few hours until set.
- Once the frozen yogurt bar is ready, break it into large pieces to serve.
