Tomato Tartare

INGREDIENTS
- Organic Sunflower Seed Breadsticks from La Granja
- 2 tomatoes (pear or salad variety)
- 1/2 spring onion
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil, to taste
ELABORATION
- Start by peeling the tomatoes and removing the seeds. Once peeled and deseeded, dice the tomatoes into small cubes.” o bé “finely dice the tomatoe.
- Finely chop the spring onion and the capers. In a bowl, mix the chopped tomato with the spring onion and capers.
- Add the whole grain mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco to taste. Stir well with a spoon, taste, and adjust the seasoning with more mustard, soy sauce, or salt if needed.
- Use a ring mold to shape the tartare on the plate. Place some arugula (rocket) at the base of the plate.
- Serve the tomato tartare with the Organic Sunflower Seed Breadsticks from La Granja.
