Strawberry tiramisu

INGREDIENTS

  • Yogurt sponge cake from La Granja Foods
  • 1 natural yogurt (0% fat)
  • 4 tablespoons of Mascarpone cheese
  • Stevia to taste
  • 1 orange
  • Strawberries (6-8 strawberries per serving)
  • 1 tablespoon of Modena vinegar
  • Water

ELABORATION

  1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, Mascarpone cheese, and stevia to taste. Set aside.

  2. Now, let’s prepare the strawberries, one of the main elements of the Tiramisu. In a saucepan or frying pan, add the cleaned and chopped strawberries with half a glass of water. Once the water has evaporated, add the vinegar and let the strawberries macerate over the heat for about 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

  3. Cut the yogurt sponge cake from La Granja into slices of the desired thickness.

  4. Squeeze the orange and pour the juice into a bowl. Dip the sponge cake slices in the juice on both sides.

  5. Now it’s time to assemble the Tiramisu. In an individual container or a tray, start layering: first, a layer of macerated strawberries, then a slice of sponge cake soaked in orange juice, and finally, the yogurt and cheese cream. Repeat the process until all the layers are assembled.

  6. Decorate with nuts or as desired; we used pistachios.
