Tomato Tartare

INGREDIENTS

  • Organic Sunflower Seed Breadsticks from La Granja
  • 2 pear or salad tomatoes
  • 1/2 spring onion
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco to taste
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

ELABORATION

  1. Start by peeling the tomatoes and removing the seeds. Once peeled and deseeded, finely dice the tomatoes into small cubes.
  2. Finely chop the spring onion and capers as well. In a bowl, mix the chopped tomato with the spring onion and capers.
  3. Add the whole grain mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco to taste. Stir well with a spoon, taste, and adjust with more sauce or salt if needed.
  4. Use a round mold to shape the tartare on the plate. You can place some arugula at the base of the plate.
  5. Serve the tomato tartare with the Organic Sunflower Seed Breadsticks from La Granja.
