This extra fine milk chocolate is made following the traditional roasting method starting from cocoa beans. It is ideal for lovers of our classic Simón Coll milk chocolate, as it preserves the same formula, with all its creaminess and smoothness.

We stand out for our diversification: we reach consumers through all our product lines — traditional, dietary, organic, vegan, and gluten-free. In all of them, we guarantee quality, flavor, texture, fluffiness, and pleasure.

Our philosophy is to continuously improve: recipes, nutritional labels, and production and baking processes to innovate with better products and new lines.

All our gluten-free products contain less than 20 ppm of gluten, the legal threshold established to ensure a product is safe and suitable for people with celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

We hold the IFS 25 certification with a High Level score, and we have achieved the IFS certification annually for 11 consecutive years.
