INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of La Granja Original Sponge Cake
  • Strawberry or mixed berry jam
  • Fresh strawberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Pastry cream
  • Fresh whipped cream

ELABORATION

For this recipe, you’ll need a fairly deep dish, as the dessert has several layers.

  1. Cut the La Granja Original Sponge Cake into small squares and spread a little jam on them. To create the first layer, place the coated sponge cake pieces in the dish.
  2. Next, cut the strawberries in half and arrange them on top of the sponge cake and around the dish.
  3. Pipe fresh whipped cream on top of the sponge cake and around the strawberries. ipe pastry cream in the same way between the layers.
