
INGREDIENTS
- Organic Oat & Flaxseed Cookies from La Granja
- 2 plain 0% fat yogurts
- Agave syrup or sweetener to taste
- Red fruits (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries…)
- 1 lemon
- Ground cinnamon
- Baking paper for freezing the bar
ELABORATION
- In a bowl, combine the plain yogurts and agave syrup or sweetener. We used 2 tablespoons of agave syrup. Stir well until smooth.
- In another bowl, add the red fruits, the juice of one lemon, and half a tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Mash the fruits with a fork to create a chunky purée.
- In a tray or flat container that fits in the freezer, place baking paper on the bottom. Add a layer of the yogurt mixture, then spoon the red fruit purée on top.
- The special touch for this frozen bar: crumble the Organic Oat & Flaxseed Cookies from La Granja evenly over the yogurt and fruit layer. Place the tray in the freezer for a few hours until the bar sets.
- Once the frozen yogurt bar is ready, break it into large pieces to serve, as shown in the image.
