Healthy Nutella

INGREDIENTS
- Mini Muffins with No Added Sugar from La Granja 
- 200 g of roasted, peeled, and unsalted hazelnuts 
- 1 or 2 tablespoons of pure, unsweetened cocoa powder 
- 4 or 5 Medjool dates 
- Oat milk-based drink 
ELABORATION
- In a food processor or blender, add the hazelnuts. Blend until you get a smooth cream. The more powerful the blender or food processor, the better the texture will be. We recommend pulsing and occasionally scraping down the mixture with a spatula. 
- Once the hazelnut cream has reached the desired texture, add 4 dates, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, and ½ cup of oat drink. Blend until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture. If the texture is too thick, add more oat drink to make it creamier. 
- Pair your homemade and healthy Nutella with the Mini Muffins with No Added Sugar and treat yourself to a healthier snack, breakfast, or afternoon bite. 
TIPS
- If you want a more intense chocolate flavor, add more cocoa powder.
- If you prefer a sweeter healthy Nutella, add one more date.
- You can substitute oat drink with any other plant-based drink, but oat drink adds natural sweetness
